[Boatanchors] D-104 Element Replacement

I like Glen's package a WHOLE lot better!

The one D-104 that has ceased working, will probably get THIS treatment.

Meanwhile, I have two Shure 444s and a Shure 737. (The 737 info has been 
uploaded to BAMA.)
