[Boatanchors] 8640 Gears

Thanks to W5UQ and others I have received some excellent photos and 
drawing of the gear assembly and have been directed to a site with the 
pitch specifications.

Since I do not own an 8640 (I have the 8656B with options) it would be 
best if I had a good or pieces of a broken gear to measure from which to 
make a pattern. The good or broken gear supplied will, of course, be 
returned.

If I do undertake the "project" the replacement gear will be made of 
aluminum.
