[Boatanchors] Simulated Capacitance

Is what we are all talking about. It could be as small as a neon
light bulb and twisted wire as to a 200 ft vertical AM radiator. The
radiator has an invisible gimmick and that is the capacitance or capacitive
reactance that it shares with the earth and the guy lines, if they are used.
It is all part of what an in-line 'L' network commonly known as a Antenna
tuning unit is used to compensate for. So come on and give it a break.

Thanks
