[Boatanchors] Cheap & Easy Selectivity

I built that set back around 1952 or so.  Left the regenerative  
features out, though, on the advice of my Elmer who was of the opinion  
that  such schemes were difficult to implement and control and  
generally not worth the trouble.  Long time Ham who was in a position  
to know.  The set worked FB without the regen.  Have used Q multiplier  
circuits since then with good results.  These use regeneration too but  
with separate circuitry.  More stable and easier to control.  Heath  
put out an add-on Q multiplier box and Hammarlund incorporated into  
one of their receivers.
