[Boatanchors] Duplicating an S meter scale

I was indeed fortunate to acquire a very nice panel meter scale from a friend and need to have another made using the nice scale I have.
The scale is white on a metal backing with black lettering. It is an S meter scale for an Elmac receiver and each will be mounted on a Model 127 Simpson 0-1 ma. panel meter. I have acquired two NOS Simpson Model 127 panel meters to put the scales on.
Anyone know a source for having a meter scale duplicated? The great thing is that the scale lettering is black on a white background. I would like the NEW scale PROFESSIONALLY duplicated or at least look original and neat. I know one could be made on paper by the copying method but the paper would yellow with age and that isn't desirable.
Hopefully, someone has had experience having meter scales made and retrofitted to panel meters.
Your input will be greatly appreciated. 73, John, K5PGW
