[Boatanchors] darn foreign schematic symbols

Wellll, lots of ideas. I am inclined to go with non-polarized
capacitor.

More info: this is NOT the older HT I have (my mistake) but actually
the ICOM IC-T2H of more recent design. There is no value marked for
it. It is included in the manual as a source design for the external
electret mic/spkr input. The "cap" (?) is shown in the mic input in
series with the mic + lead. Hope that helps more.
