[Boatanchors] Glowbugs reflector still down?

Bill,

The last word from Ken, is that the "majority" of the hardware is now 
there - BUT - some items from E-Bay and other sources are still needed 
to complete the system.

Additionally, the University STILL has to be maintained and mothered.

It is taking longer than anticipated.
