I'd like to thank everyone who commented on my strange Buzzz.

I'm reporting that after turning nearly everything in the house off and on, I've found the offending device.

I recently activated my grow-stand in the garage in order to start some seeds for the garden.  When the seeds sprouted, I turned on the lights.  That's when the Buzzz started, but I didn't connect the dots.

The light-stand uses a high-frequency electronic-ballast.  Turning it off today yielded a remarkably quiet 40M band.
