[Boatanchors] WTB: OAW Tube Tester

I'm looking for a pretty rare item, a WW II  Navy Tube Tester type OAW. It
has 3 panel meters and a HV doghouse on the right side. It's for testing 15E
tubes. I would also like an original (only) of the manual.
