FOR SALE:  Rockwell Collins HF-8022 10KW Amp.  Auto tunes 2-30mhz.  This
unit is the finest of Collins transmitters, designed by Rod Blocksome in the
late 70's and early 80's.  The amp runs on 100 Amp, 3 phase, 220 volts.  It
is driven with a 100 mw exciter (e.g.HF-8010A, HF-8070A, or HF-8014A) and
uses 3-4CX 250A in the driver section and 1 - 4CX 15,000A in the final.  It
puts out 10K AM or CW and peaks of 15KW SSB.  It has a low power position
that can be tuned down  to 2500 watts (TGC, ALC).  The unit is complete with
control panel and cavity covers.  It is in excellent cosmetic condition.  It
weighs 1660 lbs and has slots for a fork lift in the base.  It is really fun
to fire it up into a dummy load.
