[Boatanchors] Heathkit SB-10 and Johnson Viking II

DX-100B had 2 pre-punched holes in the rear for SO-239 connectors to
connect to the SB-10 after you modified the DX-100B for use with the
SB-10.
The original SB-10 was going to be called something like DX-10 to mate
the DX-100 but it never happened.
