[Boatanchors] Heathkit SB-10 and Johnson Viking II

According to the Penson book the SB-10 was originally designed to use with
DX-100. But since it was after the DX-100  you need ed to modify the DX-100
to use it. I assume the DX-100B was assembly was modified to be compatible
with the SB-10.
