OK, it's a spade bolt. That's what I always called them, but last I googled for 
"spade bolt" I came up empty. Maybe I miss-spelled it, I've been known to do 
that.

Now where to get them in 4-40 and 2-56?

Mouser has only 6-32. I have some of these in 6-32.
