On the bottoms of old chassis mount sheild cans there are machine 
screws for attaching the things to the chassis. It's just a machine 
screw, but one end is flattened with a hole in it.

I'm looking for a source for these in #2 and #4. I suspect McMaster 
Carr might have them, but I'll be darned if I can find them. What the 
heck is this screw called?
