I restore a lot of old radios, BAs and classics like McMurdo Silver and E.H. Scott.
I find that there is a fair volume of #12 hardware, screws and related hardware, involved in some radios. I notice that all of the local hardware and home stores, have removed the #12 test nuts and screws from their hardware identification devices (the what size is it things usually on the wall or shelving) and they no longer have any #12, just #10 and 1/4 inch.
Did some standard get changed or what? And if so is there a reasonable supplier?
