[Boatanchors] SX-28 Restoration Parts Needed

Slowly but surely I am correcting the ill's that have befallen
this fine radio. Almost ready to apply power (slowly).
But I need a few parts:

Bandswitch Knob
Main Tuning Knob (I have the skirt)
1/4" Phenolic Shaft coupler (I need two of these)
1/4" X 12" Phenolic Rod

Does anyone have any of these in the Junque Boxe ??
