[Boatanchors] Gonset G76

Went to a nice swap meet in Sacramento(actually Lincoln) today,
and A G76 wound up coming home with me.

Was sold to me as a "Parts Rig", and looked pretty tired. But for 10 
bucks, couldn't go wrong.

Got it home, pulled it out of the case, and it looks like it will be
worth bringing back to life. The front panel cleaned up OK, but there
are three non original holes that will need to be patched. No power 
supply, so I'll be building a supply for it

But I have some questions....

1. The modulation transformer is missing. Is this a special Gonset part,
or is there a cross reference to a standard part number?

2. The final is a 6DQ5. I seem to recall that some makers tubes work
better for RF than others, is there a preferred maker for 6DQ5s for RF work?

3. What was the original color for the case? Thiz one has obviously been
repainted.

Looks like it will be a nice fall/winter project, along with the other
things cluttering up the bench.
