[Boatanchors] "McElroy Code Chart"

   Does anyone have a scan of the Mc Elroy code chart that used to appear in 
the post-war editions of the ARRL Handbook in the catalog section?
  Enlarging the one in the handbook is useless as it is blurred to start 
with.  It looks like a poorly reduced copy of a wall chart actually.
  It had Russian, Japanese Code etc. listed in it plus other neat stuff. 
Would be nice to get a truly readable copy of it for reference purposes!
