[Boatanchors] Failing Mica Caps.

In 50 years of hamming, I've never had to urge to own anything Collins so
the issue of "Collins" and "mica capacitors" never came into play. . I do
own an R-388 and R-390A which were forced upon me back in the mid 90's
(i.e. from the original owner - please take these away), both of which
still work very well. I have never replaced a single cap in either one of
them since acquiring them.
