[Boatanchors] Failing Mica Caps.

If you have owned a Collins 75A-4 and haven't had a mica capacitor fail then you definitely have been "blessed"!  It is my experience that mica capacitors don't fail anywhere near as often as paper capacitors.  But, they do fail fairly often.

I've never had a mica cap failure on any rig I've owned, although I did drop some new ones on the floor a number of years ago, and accidentally stepped on them. Total failure in this case.
