[Boatanchors] E-mail Flood Advice

[BLIMPY]

I would like to read the boat anchors digest, and occasionally post a 
comment.

However, I cannot deal with a flood of e-mail, much of it either contentious 
or outright hostile.

Do I have to un-subscribe, or is there something I can do to stop this flood 
of email ?
