Hi Rod,

The first step to solving a problem like this is to carefully read the 
nomenclature tag on the radio looking for a line that says something 
like "A Unit of RBM-5."  Very few of us have memorized any of he 
CXX-yyyyy numbers, but RBM has meaning to many.

BTW, I only know that CAY-46077A is an RBM-5 because I had Google 
translate this Russian site:
