[Boatanchors] Borrow copy of Windows ME.

Dell will furnish one free copy of the recovery disk (or would a year
ago).  I did it for my a laptop I inherited from my son.  If you are the
original owner, you need the service code and the original shipping
address.  They advised me that if I wasn't the original owner, ownership
would have to be transferred.  I had transferred the registration when I
inherited it, but we had fun figuring out where it had originally been
shipped.
