Hi Chuck,
    Once upon a time it was at 
http://militaryradio.com/projects/collins/uspd/uspd.html, but not there now. 
I made a paper cc of it, can scan for you, but see that Jim just offered it 
in .pdf.
    The Nov. 1960 CQ mag had an article on doing the same thing, in a 
plug-in turret to the NBFM socket.  That ckt is much smpler.
