[Boatanchors] tip jack adapter

Radio Shack P/N 274-1539 is a 1/4" plug with jumbo shell and screw terminal. 
Taking a little time and bending the tabs inside you can make it hold the 
pins of the phone cord. May have used a little longer screws, I have made 
them work without a lot of trouble.  Not as neat as the old adaptor, which 
used spring loaded clips but works...Price is right too, $3.99 for 2.
