HI as the 2A3s are running class A or close to it, the power required is
that lost in the transformers and connections.
class A does not draw grid current.

As I said early in this thread, the 500 ohm line is connected to pins 6
and 7 of the octal plugs.  Pin 7 is tied to chassis in BC-614-A through
-E.  In the BC-610-E, pin 7 is not grounded.  The pair of wires from 6
and 7 to the 500 ohm winding on the input transformer (which drives
push-pull 2A3's, not the 100TH's) are shown as shielded with the shield
tied to pin 8.  Pin 8 is grounded in both the BC-610 and BC-614.
