[Boatanchors] HQ-129-X Mods in CQ Magazine

FBTO comes up with 376 refs for Bill Orr, but none in CQ in the 50's.

It does however come up with two articles of "Improvements for the 
HQ-129X" in CQ, one in the April 1952 (no author attributed), and 
another in CQ for May 1959, again no author.  I  _may_  be able to find 
the issues, although since the move it's been a bit of a crapshoot!
