[Boatanchors] 600 ohm Z for Transmitter Audio

Please,
              Keep it simple ( kiss principle).

1. Find a suitable audio amplifier you like.
    A Bogen or similar PA amp should be fine  - give yourself some headroom 
by haveing 25 % more audio power available than you need.

2. Find  either :
    A. an audio transformer which either will match 4/8/16 ohms  on one side 
to 600 ohms on the other

                                   OR

   B.   An audio output transformer which will Match the Plate to Plate  Z 
of the Audio Output Tubes and provide 600 ohms output.

  *  NB... in either case.. chose the frequency response you can live with 
( 100 cps to 5000 cps should be fine for ham work )
                and the power level as noted in 1 above.


If no body will sell you a 600 z audio transformer... I will.
