I agree wholeheartedly! My Johnson Switch is the two tube version. I
also use a KW LPF for insurance.
The thing that folks REALLY need to pay attention to is MONITORING the
signal. As one ham's tagline says: Running RF without a scope is like
driving at night without the headlights on.
If you don't monitor, you do not know when something has gone awry.
Therefore you become unpopular in your neighborhood.
