TNX multi for the replies - I don't know yet if I can use the BAMA file I
was sent; I think they're in dejavu format, which I don't have s/w for (just
downloading the manual took ten minutes; I've actually tried to get the
dejavu spyware ... er, reader program, and something just locks up after a
few minutes, and I'm back to square one ...)
The two calibration pages should be enough, tho.
I don't like manuals that aren't "manuals", i.e., paper; I like to be able
to read them by candlelight when the power is off - haha. Seriously, one of
the nine criteria I use to acquire eq. is that it be battery-capable, which
is a nice contra-indication to my desire to have only tube-type rigs ... the
IM-2410 doesn't have a battery input (tho it wouldn't surprise me if could
be done), but most test eq. does nowadays. I have an inverter for the olde
stuff such as a VTVM.
