NO !!! The formulas for a transformer are:
Vout / Sec Turns = Vin / Pri Turns
I out / Pri Turns = I in / Sec Turns
Zout = Zin [ Turns Ratio] [Turns Ratio]
Impedance goes as the Turns Ratio SQUARED !!!
