The 6H6 was pictured in the May 1935 QST introduction.

While the 6AC7 may have been mentioned in March '39 its original designation 
was the 1852 which was introduced sometime late 38 and was featured in the 
January 39 RCA Review. It and the 1851, and 1853/6AB7 were all in the 39 
Worlds Fair TV sets.
