I can "understand" someone wanting a very nice homebrew rig.  BUT, I've 
got two BC-610s.  One is actually a T-213, the latest model done by 
Depot in 1959.

400W carrier, have to tweak it down to be legal, 100% modulation, about 
4 foot tall and 400 lbs.  Parts still available. 160 mtrs through 20 
meters.  CAN be modified to run 10 meters as the original HT-4.
