The problem with the mode switches in the DX-35,
DX-40, and DX-60 series is generally not with the fact
that the antenna relay is switched but due to the fact
that the B+ is switched. Those contacts wear out over
time, MUCH faster than the contacts used to activate
the antenna change over relay. One "fix" is to use
those switch contacts to activate a relay which, in
turn, activates the B+.
