The manual is NAVSHIIPS 94933.  Reprint (original courtesy of another list 
member) $12.50 plus $3.00 domestic shipping.

I once had a bunch of the CU-1099's but decided to keep a couple of tube type 
units and sold them.  Some CU-1099's were modified for balanced input and 
four balanced outputs.  Modified unit is called Trak Model 103B.  The manual has 
a single page supplement covering the modification.  I had several of those as 
well.  So they may turn up.
