[Boatanchors] CU-1099/FRR Antenna Coupler

Navy multi-antenna coupler...  2-32 megacycles with 8 output...  This is a
transistorized unit and I need a schematic or manual to work on it...  The
power supply seems to be OK but the unit passes No Signal,acts dead..
Please Help.. I will gladly compensate...   Joe
