Thanks Bill, I suspect many would appreciate that info; there are a lot of
EX Shifters out there.
There are some fairly impressive specs on import LCR meters that are listed
on Ebay but Ive no experience with them.
For general shop use I have a Wavetek LM-22A handheld that I bought at
Dayton about 20 years ago. For more exacting
needs and measured at the required frequency I use a 70's military TS-617C/U
Q meter that I found on Ebay for under $50.
