It would help if you told us which spectrum analyzer plug-ins you had. 

I got a 1L20 (I think) spectrum analyzer with a scope I bought some 
years back. It's unsatisfactory: poor image rejection, very cranky, and
just not a lot of fun to use. It's the only one I know about or have
any experience with. Others may be able to talk about their experience
with your spectrum analyzer plug-ins, once you tell us all what you 
have.
