[Boatanchors] A new Glowbugs forum has been created

The existing GB email list has become way overly moderated and restricted 
causing a loss of members.

As a result an alternative has been created on Yahoo called Glowbugradio.

In addition to permitting a better platform for discussions it also allows 
photos and other attachments to a post plus a files and database section.

Come aboard and enjoy a full featured forum. Spread the word.
