Mouser lists straight PVC tubing for #24 at $43.35 per 1000'. A 100' roll
for #22 is $11.05.
The fiberglass/PVC for #20, the smallest listed, is $28.29 per 100' and the
straight fibergass for #20, again the smallest listed, is $20 per 100'. No
mention of 1000' prices.
The Arabs have also got to the PVC industry.
It looks like some more searching is needed.
I buy a lot of wire from Rhode Island Wire for automotive restorations and
some boatanchor work. It may pay for someone to call them about original
style tubing if that is of interest.
