Ohmite Parasitic Suppressor - Designed to prevent unwanted uhf parasitic
oscillations which occur in the plate and grid leads of pp and parallel tube
circuits. The parasitic are suppressed, without loss of driving power. The
P-300 is an non-inductive, vitreous-enameled resistor combined with a choke
into one small integral unit. Only 1.75 long and 5/8 inch in diameter.
Price 1.50 in 1942 radio master. This does not help you out much but you
may be able to check out resonant fx by shorting the unit out and using a
grid dip meter to check it. I would assume that it would handle any amateur
power ratings.

Subject: [Boatanchors] Parasitic Suppressor
Does anyone happen to know the specifications of the Ohmite P-300 parasitic
suppressor? The wire wound resistor appears to be 10 watts, but I have no
idea of the resistance or current capacity of the unit. They are obviously
a discontinued item.
Thanks for any advice...
