[Boatanchors] on topic, looking for software

I forgot to post my New Year's wish. I wish someone with software
experience would design and make available to us boatanchor
enthusiasts, a program that would allow us to inventory our 'stuff' so
that we can make it easier on our survivors.

I have previously made the same request to the ARRL but the only
interest they offered was for me to check out some music or household
software that could be configured for our use.

I am not very computer literate when it comes to spreadsheets and
excel adaptations. We need something specifically designed for ham
equipment, with date, price paid, manuals, accessories, blue book,
spare tubes, etc. You get what I mean. I, personally, talking about
tubes, could also use the same help with a tube inventory program.

I am SURE that there would be many who would be interested in such an
offering. Please pass the word to any friends or acquaintances with
software design background and make a presentation on our behalf.
I would ask around but I know nobody in my circle of friends with that
type of experience.
