Greetings,

This followed me home recently. I was greeted by very stiff controls and a "couple of mods" on the front panel. Hooked it up to the variac and it crackled to life but almost no AC current???? Was my ammeter broken? The power led on the front panel should have warned me enough but when I opened it I was greeted by... dare I say it?... FET's and three legged fuses. I felt sorry for it as it did make some noise. I cleaned all conracts and controls with deoxit, and lubed up the transmission. and despite the bionic implants it does function. Anyone located in or coming to Eastern MA interested in it? I've got $20.00 plus about $10.00 of cleaner in it. Open to offers. I could use a working AC supply or perhaps a dynamotor for the BC-348 that also followed me home at the same time. The cabinet has sone light surface rust but is not all dented up. (no shock mount feet) I doubt it's worth the extra cost of shipping the beast. Parting it out is a
last resort but will be considered.
