[Boatanchors] Is BAMA down again?

I've been using the DjVu viewer for years and don't seem to have a
problem with it. Works great. I even have a great tool for converting any
DjVu file to PDF file but a low resolution poor scan in DjVu format still
comes out as low resolution poor scan in PDF, and there are many out
there.
