Hi:
Is there a source in the USA for the Russian pulse power capacitors that are
showing up for sale on Ebay.  These are typically 40 uf @ 3 - 5 kvdc units.
They're selling for around a hundred bucks and no PCB inside.
Just the thing for a compact high power linear I think. How about you?
