[Boatanchors] Dishwasher cleaning

A friend of mine ran four big variable caps through the dishwasher.
When he opened it up to take them out, the ceramic end plates on two of
them were in pieces! Only thing we could figure was that the water
seeped into the ceramic and then when the "dry" function came on the
water boiled with enough force to fracture the ceramic. The two that
survived had the typical waxy coating on them. He ran two more
"uncoated" ones as a test on the "Energy Saver" (no dry) cycle with no
problems.

IF and other tunable transformers with paper coil forms also don't do well.

Also be sure power and audio transformers are REALLY dry before applying
power. The "fish paper" (that gray cardboard) WILL absorb water.
