I agree with Rolynn as to the 191, I have one and it has done what it is 
supposed to do for several years without a problem.  I picked up the 
Type 184 time mark generator at the same time and it is also a handy 
source of calibration signals for general coverage receivers which don't 
have a built in calibrator.  I have also used it for adjusting the 
linearity of VFO's as it provides a precision source of signals at 
selectable intervals.  I think the pair was just under $100 at a hamfest 
back in 2005.
