Actually, the HA-10 Warrior amplifiers often put out
some pretty bad hash when you are not transmitting. 
There is a pretty common modification to bias the 811A
tubes when the transmitter is not activated to
eliminate this noise.

Not all Warriors are that bad.  However, the "hash"
problem is very common.

How about a nice Heathkit Warrior amplifier?  I got a
couple of hundred watts out with the one I used to
have.  Ran fine, no snap crackle, pop or mysterious
noise that sometimes come out of the SB 220. Built
like a brick Pagoda too.
