[Boatanchors] LOOKING FOR B & W 850

Greetings Fellow AM'rs

Finally decided to build a "poor mans" amp. I'm wanting to trade into a
B & W 850 complete PA tank coil & switch assembly. Any one got one that
wants a clean Hammarlund HQ-100 to restore. Rx has been in a box stored
for years. It works sort of, but few of the oscillator trimmers are
frozen & I don't have time to go thru it. Cosmetically its really clean.
I also have a partially restored (been recapped) HRO-50T w/ @ least one
coil maybe more. Cosmetically is about a 7 on scale of 1-10. Chassis is
clean & it does work.

The amp I'm building involves a 4-1000, which is a working "pull". At
this point I'm collecting parts. I am considering using a vac variable
(100pf - 500pf) instead of an air variable. I also need a beefy 1500pf
or 2000pf that will handle 2kw.
