[Boatanchors] Restoring Metal Cans

At one time, I saw a web site that documented how to gut old metal
cans and put in new electrolytics inside.  However, I am hard time
coming up with the right Google keywords to find this site.  Anyone
have any ideas?  I think it was on an OM's site who sold capacitor
kits for either Collins or Drakes but I'm not sure.
